The run is scheduled for Wednesday October 6th at 12:15pm in Washington Park. Over 100 runners participated last year and we are hoping to have the same turnout this year!
Integrity House to be A Part of Task Force to End Homelessness in Newark
August 2nd, 2010 by pubrel 9 comments »An article in the Star Ledger on Friday announced Mayor Cory Booker’s 10 year plan to eliminate homelessness in Newark. The plan, titled “The Road Home” will aim to add 1,000 units of permanent “supportive housing” within five years and 3,000 more units of low-income housing by 2020. Integrity House was mentioned in the article as being a main player on the Mayor’s task force to implement this plan.

July 28th, 2010 by pubrel 14 comments »The Education Dept. is glad to announce that they’ve hired a new math tutor to help the GED students prepare for the test. Thanks to a grant from the City of Newark, student-members in Newark will be able to have small group tutoring for the GED!
